Listed Building

Buildings of a specific architectural or historic interest are often protected as Listed Buildings. There are three categories of listing: Grade II (the lowest), Grade II* and Grade 1 and in some cases there are Locally Listed buildings.

Buildings which are Listed may require Listed Building Consent for internal or external alterations. We have extensive experience of listed building refurbishments, extensions and reconstructions and we have strong relationships with Local Authority Conservation Officers.
