Tender

For larger projects, once we have received Building Regulations approval we can arrange pricing of your scheme. We will request quotations from builders, compare their proposals and discuss them with you.
Building Regs We will:
  • Produce tender information and construction details suitable for builder to provide and accurate price and build from.
  • Issue this information to four local contractors to get tenders.
  • Answer any queries raised by the tenderers.
  • Review, compare and report on the tender returns.
  • Provide a copy of the Contract and complete it ready for you and the builder to sign (clarifying any clauses you are unsure of).
