squiresandbrown are currently working on a small feasibility study for a new live work unit in Mobberley. This poject is in the green belt and a conservation area, so much thought is required to it's position, footprint and height.

squiresandbrown are delighted to announce this Frodsham project has been granted planning permission. The proposal consists of a single storey rear extension, an attic conversion and remodelling of the basement, to create a home suitable for a growing modern family.

The roof has been removed from the original farmhouse section of the property, soon to be reinstated in reclaimed slate.

The brief is for the extension to provide an open plan kitchen, living, dining space and utility on the ground floor and a master bedroom and ensuite on the first floor.

The contractor who constructed the extension to this project in Middlewich has sent through to squiresandbrown the finished project images. We think this kitchen looks fantastic.
