The project aims to contemporary remodel an existing 90's dwelling, by rendering the entire red brick exterior, inserting new aluminium windows throughout and adding a timber clad single storey extension to the rear of the property to create a larger family home.

The proposal removes existing insensitive 1960's interventions, to reveal tall feature ceilings and decorative dado panelling. The redesign of the internal spaces allows for a modern twist inside an ancient building, creating a 3 bedroom flat.
